By accessing or purchasing from livias.com.au ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. Livia's Tallow is an Australian business, and these Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. 2. Products and Orders

We reserve the right to correct such errors at any time.
- Availability: All products are subject to availability.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD), New Zealand dollars (NZD) and United States dollars (USD) on each respective site, and include Australian taxes collected by Livia's Tallow with respect to Australian law.
- Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders, including those flagged for fraud.
3. Payment and Shipping
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
- Shipping: Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided to the customer email provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
- International Shipping: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional import fees.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns and Refunds:
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase to qualify for a return.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the goods have arrived back to Livia’s Tallow HQ and inspected. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
- If the product is found to be used or tampered with, photographic proof will be supplied to the purchaser, and no refund will be issued.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges:
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with proof of
purchase and photo evidence to arrange a replacement or exchange.
5. Use of Our Website
By using the Site, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and local regulations.
- Avoid introducing harmful software or engaging in unauthorised access.
