Refund policy
At Livia’s Tallow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it to initiate a return.
Returns and Refunds
• Eligibility: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and
accompanied by proof of purchase to qualify for a return.
• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment
method once the goods have arrived back at Livia’s Tallow HQ and have been
inspected. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If, upon inspection, the product is found to be used or tampered with, we will
provide photo proof to the purchaser, and a refund will not be applied.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are not the responsibility of Livia’s Tallow.
Exchanges
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with proof
of purchase and photo proof to arrange a replacement or exchange.
Process
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at Hello@livias.com.au (Titled
‘Return/Exchange Request’) to initiate your return or exchange.
2. Return Shipment: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with
instructions on how to return the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products.
